Level 1 – Tech Support Engineer

Looking for a role in a good team environment where training and mentoring are an ongoing action?

We are looking for someone to fill a Level 1 Tech Support Engineer Role.

You will need certification in:

  • CCNA (or demonstrate strong networking knowledge)
  • Microsoft Certification (at least 1)

And 1-3 years experience in:

  • Working with Servers and Workstations
  • Helpdesk/Service Desk tasks and responsibilities
